1. Kris Carr – Probably the most inspiring life advocate out there. She championed cancer and championed my heart. Her fire to learn and share knowledge is plain empowering. She is so poised and smart and always provides really great actionable advice, health-wise and spirit-wise.
2. “Hungry for Change” – Documentary with some pretty stellar wellness education experts (half whom drastically turned their lives around when they figured out how to eat, be positive, and embody the law of attraction). This documentary should be played for classrooms and shared with everyone you know.
3. John Butler Trio – This Australian jam band puts me in the greatest mood. John Butler is a gem of a human being; authentic, talented, creative and just plain cool. The band’s music embodies those very things. If you’ve never heard “Better than” circa 2008, do yourself a favor and add it to your “life is good” playlist. It played in the credits of Kris Carr’s documentary and reminded me how I need to listen to them more. You should too!
